Maintenance and support of Application for Business
MFX Application Maintenance Methodology (MFX AMM) tackles the process required to deliver both maintenance and support services.
Maintenance Services Defined as the creation of additional functionality or the modification of current functionality based on defined business requirements.
Support Services Defined as services that are performed on a 24 X 7 basis to correct faults or pro-actively prevent problems in the application.
MFX AMM is a perfect combination of industry best practice change management coupled with project, risk, release and deployment management processes. This grouping of inter-related functions is used to manage the origination of an Incident (fault, change request or issue) through remediation, testing and deployment into the product environment. The resulting benefit for our customer is that changes to the application are prioritised and released on a predictable schedule and the resulting application is stable.
MFX AMM addresses the following
- Application enhancement and development
- Release management
- Change management and issue tracking
- Quality assurance and integration testing
- Deployment management
- Production system support
- User support
- Continuous process improvement
- Estimating and consulting
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
