Position Title : Quality Assurance Manager

Days/Hours : Mon – Fri / 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Summary:
Define test strategy and perform requirement analysis.  Manage QA projects and assign tasks to testing team members.  Perform onsite offshore coordination for the overall QA engagement.  Generate business test scenarios.  Develop test plans for tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate system quality risks.  Analyze project requirements and estimate the time, resources, and budget required to perform testing.  Coordinate hardware and software requirements for Test Setup.  Ensure content and structure of all testing documents and artifacts is documented and maintained.  Roving/telecommuting employee – will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time.  Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.
Required Minimum Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), property or casualty insurance, or related experience.  Demonstrated knowledge or experience with property and casualty insurance domain testing; Commercial underwriting process in submission, clearance, rating, binding, issuance and endorsements; Automated testing frameworks and tools; Agile development and testing; QA process; Test management; QTP or RFT test automation tools and frameworks; Defect life cycle management using QC, ALM, JIRA or BUGZILLA tools; and Dashboard and reporting using QC or ALM.
